Taco Soup

  1. In a large pot brown 1 lb of ground beef and drain off fat.
  2. In the same pot brown 1 large chopped onion and 1 pepper (your color choice)
  3. Return meat to pot.
  4. Add: 2 cups of water
  5. 4 TBSP of Chile powder
  6. ½ tsp of cayenne
  7. 1 package Simple Organic Ranch Mix
  8. 2 15 oz can of 365 diced tomato
  9. 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
  10. 1 16oz bag of whole kernel corn
  11. 2 15 oz cans of 365 pinto beans
  12. 2 4 oz cans of Diced Green Chiles (you could sub 2 cans Rotel here and leave out the 15oz can diced tomatoes)
  13. Simmer until hot then serve with corn bread.
